McGarry Public Library - Loan Regulations

Most books may be borrowed for 14 days.

All materials are due back at the library on the date stamped on the date slip in the item borrowed.

Daily fines for overdue books:
- Adults: 10¢ (Maximum $5.00)
- Children: 10¢ (Maximum $3.00)

Videocassettes are loaned for 48 hours. LAte fines are charged on videos at a rate of $3.00 per day per video (up to $12.00).

Each borrower is responsible for all materials loaned on his or her card and will be billed for the cost of any lost or damaged books or materials.
